How mango juice is processed

How mango juice is processed

Mangoes are collected from the mango orchards or markets during the month of June / July in our country and sent to processing factories. First the mangoes are stored out and the rotten or defective ones are kept aside. Fresh and ripe mangoes are then cleaned and washed in water thoroughly. Later on mangoes are crushed by hand or machines. Water and syrup in required quantity are added with mango juice with some perspective. The perspective helps in keeping the mango juice for a long period without getting decomposed. The product is then kept in bottles or containers. The small containers are then sealed and labelled. Containers are packed in boxes and sent to market for sale.
